What is the general condition of the kitchen...are we talking about light to general cleaning, or some serious scrubbing? And are counters neat and clear or covered with lots of stuff?
Please describe the condition of each bathroom: (Calcium, rust, soap scum, in bath or shower, or layers of make up/hair spray on vanity top)?
Is your home open with limited furniture / furnishings, or the opposite. And are there few, moderate, or a multitude of knick knacks, and is there a heavy build up of dust?
