About Kathy
After being a stay at home mom for several years and with the girls
off to school full time, I decided to get back out there and join the
workforce. I became a loan processor for Washington Mutual
and was quite successful, even earning a few awards for most loans
closed. After a period of time, I was concerned that juggling the kids
schedule with a 7-5 job plus a long commute was taking too much of a
toll on my family. Finding something close to home with flexible hours
became a priority.
Since I worked for a cleaning service in my
early 20's and was still a "neat freak", I decided to answer a
classified ad to clean homes. The fast paced schedule was a great
match for me. After a period of time working for that service, my
husband and I put together some marketing literature and went into
business for ourselves. Of course the hardest part is gaining the
trust of strangers so personally meeting and getting to know each
new client has become especially important to establishing a trusting
relationship. I now have close friendships with many homeowners in
the surrounding area including: Lake in the hills, Algonquin, Huntley, Crystal Lake, Gilberts, Marengo, Lakewood, Cary, & Dundee.
My husband, the kids, and I are members of Springbrook Community Church
over on Algonquin road in Huntley. We just love Springbrook,
it's such a refreshing experience and Pastor Dan delivers a message
that just seems so relevant to our day to day lives. Recently we tied our
salvation together with a full immersion baptism. We also meet
together with our small group each week to become better Christians,
support each other through prayer, and reach out to the community
whenever there is a need. If you have a loved one that is struggling
medically or in any other way please give me a call, I would love to
add a little sunshine to their day doing some cleaning or just talking
and getting to know them to raise their spirits.
FITNESS...!!!
Fitness is a big part of my life. I can be found at Lifetime
Fitness early in the AM several times per week; I've been an active
member since they opened in 2001. Also, tennis is a passion of mine so
I try to get out and play often.
This is a very exciting time
for my cleaning business...! I have been working diligently
to deliver high quality home care and as a result, we are growing in
the coming year... So many families are overwhelmed with hectic work
schedules and busy lives, I wish to provide a little peace throughout
the homes in our community.
